Training & Education
All clients have access to world class training and instructional classes designed for operating systems that we install or rent. All installations include training as part of the package. This can range from a 1 class training session to a multi-class in-depth approach to prepare all techs for new equipment. This training is always designed around what your tech needs to know to provide exceptional operation for your service or event.
Training is also offered on a quote basis for installations that Griggs Audio-Visual Productions was not a part of initially. We started offering this service because we realized most companies are solely focussed on the “job” and leave once this is done. There is not continued education or service. We bridge that gap.
Maintenance & Service
We offer world class maintenance and service programs to fit your installation and needs. This is a program designed from monthly service, quarterly service, or yearly service. We provide options for all. This is to provide ongoing support for digital systems that require software upgrades and refreshes, as well as older legacy analog equipment that just needs some attention to get back to normal after regular use.
